J. Gregory Jacobs received his license from the State of Arizona Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers as a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager in 2009. His license is active with no disciplinary actions. He brings many years of professional business experience in the areas of management, personal development and technical training in the behavioral health population. He has worked extensively with the management of several local Residential Assisted Living Facilities in providing complete care to the senior and disabled populations. His accomplishments include receiving no deficiency surveys at residential assisted living facilities from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). Facilities under his management and consultation have reduced their statement of deficiencies significantly in ADHS surveys. His deep concern and passion for caring for our most vulnerable population has been and remains the driving force to provide excellent service.
