Onsite Continuing Education Classes – Caregiver: $20.00 Per Unit (Minimum 2 Units.)
Customized Facility Operation Forms: $10.00 – $50.00 Per Form (Based upon form details.) Onsite Mock Surveys (Rates available upon request and based upon facility size.)
Plan of Corrections: (Rates may vary based upon Statement of Deficiencies-S.O.D.)
